Grassskirt - Starry Night
Electronic artist Grassskirt makes his comeback with new single ‘Starry Night’, an atmospheric, guitar-laden downtempo cruise that perfectly soundtracks the feeling of summer approaching.
Grassskirt produces downtempo music with equal parts Balearic warmth and Scandinavian sophistication. Groovy feel-good beats with a penchant for the grand, cinematic motifs, created with a mix of acoustic and electronic elements.
Grassskirt, aka Jørn Kristensen, released the critically acclaimed album Hey Music Lover back in 2003 and has since focused on DJ’ing. Returning now to the Music For Dreams label, he is planning a second album, which is set to drop late 2025. ‘Starry Night’ is the first single from the album.
