J Balvin & Willy William - Mi Gente

With the second-generation reggaeton sound he has pioneered now skyrocketing around the world, Colombian Superstar J Balvin (“the biggest breakout act Latin music has seen in many years”) will again add to his distinguished collaboration list (Justin Bieber, Pharrell Williams, Ariana Grande, Major Lazer & many more) by teaming with famed French artist/DJ/producer Willy William for the dynamic new single “Mi Gente” (My People) out June 30th via Polydor Records. Anticipation for the distinctive sounding single is already surging fast with brief audio teasers on Instagram quickly chalking up over 2 Million views in just days.

Frequently praised within the European pop world, Willy William was the most Shazammed French artist in the world for 2016, and the social app’s #5 overall global artist. Willy’s recent singles have notched multiple gold, platinum and multi-platinum certifications across Europe, and with the theme song of the last football Euro Cup to his credit, William recently notched a rare double-diamond certification. Willy William is signed to Scorpio Music, who has produced “Mi Gente” and the video.
