Taylor Kade, Nytrix – Close To U [Lost In Dreams Records]

Taylor Kade and Nytrix are joining forces to unleash their latest offering on Lost In Dreams Records, a euphoric progressive house anthem by the name of "Close To U."

Originally from Orange County but currently residing in Denver, Taylor Kade has tapped into his eclectic music tastes to bring a new dimension to electronic music, with influences ranging from classic rock, pop, and bass music—with his lifelong affinity for country music allowing him to resonate deeply with the YEEDM community. American artist Nytrix is an artist holding down double duties as both a producer and singer/songwriter, with his talents seeping into everything from melodic bass, electro, dubstep, house and everything in-between.

The two Lost In Dreams Records regulars are combining their strengths for their new collab. "Close To U" is a forlorn progressive house offering, with Nytrix's hushed vocal croons serving as a helpless plea for another chance at a failed romance. His hypothetical refrains are met with wistful piano chords and lush atmospherics, which escalate into a driving, fluttering house groove that shows melancholia in an uplifting light.
