Benda and Fourfive – LEANGUT [Bassrush Records]
Benda and Fourfive link up for their new collab "LEANGUT," a purp-flavored trap-fueled bass track poised for festival mayhem, arriving by way of Bassrush Records.
Based in Miami, Benda molds heavy bass music into his festival-ready sound, contorting elements of dubstep, trap and hip-hop into a cohesive catalog that shows no mercy. He's returning to Bassrush Records to release his follow-up single. Pulling up with NYC rapper Fourfive for a feature,
"LEANGUT" is a dubstep track dedicated to a lifestyle based on chasing the next peak. His flows are stubborn and sloshed in a futuristic trap beat—with lyrics about being caught in a state of purple-induced lethargy. The vibe shifts from rap to festival-ready as soon as the heavy drops kick in, fueled by fast flicking hollow hits and skanky brass leads. It follows Benda's recent single "Public Enemies" alongside OG Nixin, which culminated in a 16-stop 'Public Enemies' US Tour including sets at Apocalypse: Zombieland, Soundcheck, DNA Lounge, Myth, Summit, Stereolive Houston and Dallas, Substation, We All Scream, and Arora.
