Torren Foot - Hot Sauce

Ever had to pick someone out of a police lineup?

Or go through mugshots?

Neither have I. But I'm guessing that the police never put the person they think is guilty, first. It would be too easy na mean?

Producers on the other hand? Whenever we get demos, I feel like they always put their best foot forward first. Which makes sense of course... I mean... If you put your least favourite song first... maybe the label won't get to the best one.

And there is a chance that Torren did the same when he sent us a batch of demos the other week.

Truth be told, the first song was sick. It had all the hallmarks of a great club song that who knows... could maybe cross-over? It was a box ticker for sure.

Excited that we had one in the pocket, we kept listening. Next tune in the batch was also sick!!!!

Keep listening.... third one was again... solid as a rock's rock. As was the fourth.

Then we got to track number 5 of the batch. Another rock I'm sure we were expecting.... But wait up... BACK IT UP... Beep beep beep! What is this absolute beast he's hidden at the back of the pack, this monster that could only hide on a Soundcloud list but certainly not on speakers or headphones or in clubs or dare we say, festivals?!?!

THIS was the GIANT of the pack. There was no doubting, it was unaminous amongst Team Sweat. HOT SAUCE was the next single. No question!!!

Track 1 ticked the boxes, track 5 blew them apart.

With what is set to be THE BIGGEST HOOK of the year, we are so pumped to present HOT SAUCE.
