A past reconfigured for the future, EGR turns the tides of time with The Remixes Vol3, presenting three emotional takes by Futura City as he breathes a new lease of life into label classics from Circulation, Secretly Famous & FM, and Marway.
A tempered caress, our first delivery finds Futura City in clear waters, envisioning Circulation’s Space Medley through a refracted lens as he navigates across oceans of ebbing synths and shimmering pulses somewhere between otherworldly realms.
Next up, Futura City repurposes Secretly Famous & FM's Rise Up into countless shards for a broken piece that runs through metropolitan structures while swaying synthetics and aqueous stabs embellish and heighten the retro-laced experience.
For our last remix, Futura City submerges Marway's Rescue in tranquillity as warm overtones wash over bubbling arpeggios and drawn-out effects that linger on for an exquisite daydream where everything becomes an echo of what it once was.
