Dreamstate Records continues to celebrate the connection points between various subgenres of the trance music space their new ‘Convergence 5’ compilation, featuring four exclusive tracks from Karl Mac & MDDLTN, Tyler Jack, Dustin Husain, and Sequence Six & Amunete.

Over the last couple of years, Dreamstate has remained focused on examining the multitude of nodes and links that interconnect the vast sonic network that is trance music. For the fifth installment of its ongoing ‘Convergence’ compilation EP series, the label carries on with its mission as it highlights four diverse essential must-listens into one cohesive package. UK producers Karl Mac and MDDLTN team up to release their nostalgic-laced collab “Cala Vida,” which fuses hard house and donk bass into a modern club tool. Belfast’s rising sensation Tyler Jack honors ‘90s dream trance with “Here We Go,” while label regular Dustin Husain packs euphoria into his tech-powered cut “Round 1.” Lastly, LA-based Sequence Six fuses with vocalist Amunete on “Affirmation,” a consciousness-expanding slice of uplifting trance.
