Phibes unleash their sophomore single on Bassrush Records, taking the form of their anabolic drum & bass beast of a track titled "Limit."

Kicking up a storm from the South side of England, Phibes is a UK production pair that has been flipping dancefloors inside-out with their potent bass concoctions, fusing drum & bass with all manner of low-end filth and subgenres. They are returning to Bassrush Records to issue their sophomore single.

"Limit" is a blood-rushing drum & bass single, using masterfully distorted sub-frequencies that modulate beneath plucky synth croaks, trilling call-and-response, expertly placed whooshing one-shots and a catchy vocal loop chopped and pitchbent to perfection. The release follows their label debut "Better Than You Thought" from January, amassing more than 200k streams, with press support from Jungle Drum and Bass, Affinity Ascension, Find Your Sounds.
