Mind Electric - Steal This Heart (Sharmis & MED33P Remix)

NEW AFRO MELODIC HOUSE REMIX

"Sometimes ideas that sound strange on paper, are awesome in reality and this is one such moment.

Mind Electric utilises the hook from an Oz rock classic, re-inventing it for today’s house music sound. Contemporary house music production, meaning big drums, a chunky bassline and shuffling percussion provide the basis for this new version. As the melodic elements slowly creep in, the superb arrangement teases at the vocal hook before we fully hear it for the first time. A big uplifting anthem of a tune, this one is a killer idea and executed with Mind Electric’s years of production experience and skill. We’re stoked to present this one on Vicious to finish off 2025 in style."

Vicious was born in 1992 and has stood strong and steady as the dance music industry has gone from a vinyl led underground movement to a global, digitally distributed and streamed phenomenon. In that time there have literally been hundreds of releases on the labels, the original imprint founded in a back yard shed out of a passion for the music…

That passion which is still vibrant if you talk to co-founders John Course and Andy Van, or any of the people that help make the label tick.

You simply don't make it through the turbulent times of the music industry without your heart being in it…

Some of the most notable artists who began their careers at Vicious include Avicii, Dirty South, Peking Duk, multiple ARIA and IDMA winning group Madison Avenue and Sgt Slick
