Trance Wax makes his return to Dreamstate Records to unveil his highly anticipated five-track EP 'Hold On 2 U,' a cutting-edge collection of trance tracks teeming with euphoric nostalgia.

Trance Wax is the alter-ego of Belfast visionary Garry McCartney—respected amongst underground circles from his house and techno project Ejeca— notorious for breaking the mold with his refreshing, modern twist on trance music. Over the past year, he's been drip-feeding the content of his forward-thinking body of work, with lead singles "Your Fantasy" and "Feel Your Love" garnering radio support from A-listers from the likes of Armin van Buuren, Solarstone, Ferry Corsten, Farius, Paul van Dyk, Andrew Rayel, Judge Jules, W&W, Ben Phillips, and many more.

He's now placing his unique reinterpretation of the genre on full display with the release of 'Hold On 2 U.' The affair opens up with the titular offering, a euro-infused belter whose ethereal vocals intertwine with pulsating basslines and enthralling analog synth work. "Neva Let You Go" follows suit, with classic dream trance melodies melding with stunning pitched-up vocal hooks and warm, lysergic rave leads.
