Denham Audio and KIZ – Chaser 2 [HARD Recs]

Denham Audio and KIZ are teaming up to release their new single "Chaser 2," a murky, club-ready bass cut arriving by way of HARD Recs.

Based in London, Denham Audio has made himself at home on the fringes of electronic dance music—a producer burrowed deep inside the UK rave heritage in its many forms—shapeshifting across jungle, techno, hard groove, UK garage, grime, hardcore, disco, and any niche of modern club culture that catches his attention. London-based YOKIZ (formerly known as KIZ!) is a rapper known for flexing his lyrical wit and immersive storytelling style across the drill and underground house scenes. Denham Audio is flipping the alpha energy of the grime song as his follow-up single for HARD Recs.

"Chaser 2" is a proper breakbeat track that maintains the high-status mindset exuding from the original. YOKIZ gravelly, fast-paced bars stand their ground—refusing to deviate for anything or anyone as a universal principle—with 808 b-boy two-note clatters, booming low-end pulses, and sporadic frothy textures undulating above sharp, pummeling breakbeat drums. The release follows Denham's label debut last year, the "Heavy Handed" collab with hit-making duo piri and Tommy Villiers, which received support from BBC Radio 1's Charlie Tee, Jaguar, as well as radio plays from Kiss FM AUS, KCRW,
